We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Melle. The ideal candidate will have:

• A completed apprenticeship as a Zerspanungsmechaniker or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC machining
• Good knowledge of CNC machine programming, preferably with Siemens control systems
• A high level of precision and attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and reliability skills
• Availability for shift work

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Independent programming, setup, and operation of CNC-controlled machines
• Performing precise machining operations based on technical drawings and specifications
• Monitoring and controlling the production process, as well as ensuring the quality of manufactured parts
• Maintenance and repair of machines and tools
• Collaborating with the team to optimize workflows and processes
