We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our team at Franz & Wach Personalservice GmbH (intern). As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to achieve common goals, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: Completion of a successful commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
