About the Role

Pond Security Service GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance and support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all matters related to personnel and compensation.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely monthly payroll and compensation reports.
• Provide guidance and support on social security and tax-related matters.
• Issue certificates and manage employee personnel files.
• Assist with social security and tax audits.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve account discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements

• A completed degree in a field related to finance or accounting.
• Experience in payroll and accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
• A passion for digitalization and new technologies.
