Your RoleAs a Catena-X Ecosystem Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital ecosystem. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Driving Transparency and Guidance: You will be responsible for establishing clear guidelines and best practices within the Catena-X ecosystem, ensuring smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
- Strategic Roadmap Development: In close collaboration with key stakeholders, you will develop comprehensive roadmaps and timelines to guide the implementation of Catena-X initiatives.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: You will design and implement models for effectively tracking the progress and impact of Catena-X adoption across various business units.
- Integration of Business Objectives: You will actively integrate the strategic interests of our M-department into the overall Catena-X framework, ensuring alignment with our core business objectives.
- Pilot Initiative Facilitation: You will spearhead pilot initiatives on the Catena-X platform, driving innovation and demonstrating the value proposition of this transformative technology.
- Stakeholder Communication and Engagement: You will serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely and relevant information about Catena-X developments and fostering strong relationships.
- Transformation Support: You will actively support the organization's transition towards widespread Catena-X adoption, addressing challenges and facilitating successful implementation.
- Conflict Resolution: You will effectively identify and resolve potential conflicts arising within the Catena-X ecosystem, ensuring a harmonious and collaborative environment.
To excel in this role, you possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, IT, or strategic consulting roles within dynamic business environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in complex projects.
- Fluency in both German and English.
