Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform concurrent coding within our multidisciplinary Intensive Care Unit.
• Assist in enhancing documentation practices in patient records.
• Manage length of stay in collaboration with various healthcare professionals.
• Enhance the quality of coding processes.
• Facilitate organization and communication of cases with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in nursing or health management, or have completed a three-year training program in a healthcare field, complemented by several years of experience in a hospital setting. Experience in an intensive care environment is essential. Additional qualifications as a coding specialist, along with initial practical experience, are preferred. Familiarity with case management is also beneficial. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Strong organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and excellent computer proficiency, particularly with hospital information systems, are crucial.
