Position Overview:
As an Automation Process Specialist, you will leverage software tools to oversee our production systems and address any process irregularities. We seek your expertise across various operational domains including wafer testing, plasma technology, lithography, wet chemistry, and furnace operations.

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • Operating and monitoring automated production systems.
  • Identifying, coordinating, and processing error notifications using production management software.
  • Assessing and documenting deviations through decision-making frameworks.
  • Implementing corrective actions to ensure production consistency.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and sharing outcomes with your team.

The position operates on a continuous shift schedule, with 8-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week in a 6/4 rhythm. Work is conducted in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications:
You are well-suited for this position if you possess:

  • A completed vocational training (preferably in technical, electrical, or technological fields, such as process mechanics) or an A Level.
  • Some experience in a production environment and proficiency in IT.
  • A strong enthusiasm for challenging tasks in a highly automated setting and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Experience with MS Office or similar software applications.
  • A good command of German (minimum B1 level, B2 level preferred).
