We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Leader / Store Leader (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

• Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, increase sales, and improve profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably with a background in sales, marketing, or operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed business decisions.
