Everlast Media GmbH is seeking a dedicated individual (m/f/d) to oversee the reception area at our new facility. You will serve as the welcoming presence of our organization and the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff members.

  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
  • Coordinating and welcoming various service providers, including contractors, suppliers, and guests
  • Acting as the primary liaison for clients, visitors, and staff regarding access to the office premises and different workspaces
  • Managing administrative responsibilities, such as scheduling appointments
  • Engaging in direct and telephonic communication with clients on organizational issues
  • Assisting the event management team in planning trips and seminars
