Job Summary:
As a Store Manager at Oniverse, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in managing KPIs, visual merchandising, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Operations: Manage sales floor tasks, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and maintenance of store appearance.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading a team and achieving sales targets.
- Retail Background: Strong background in retail management, with experience in managing KPIs, visual merchandising, and inventory.
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
