Job Description

ALDI SÜD IT is seeking a highly skilled Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and supporting architecture decisions for multi-layered architectures, ensuring the adherence to architecture principles, standards, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support architecture decisions for multi-layered architectures
  • Ensure adherence to architecture principles, standards, and guidelines
  • Manage and evaluate technical debt and technology risks
  • Implement business-specific technology target architectures in line with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Solution Architects
  • Provide governance for technology platforms, services, and tools
  • Drive technology portfolio management
Requirements
  • Completed studies in IT or equivalent qualification
  • Experience and good understanding in the field of SDLC and agile methods
  • Strong analytical and communication skills on various levels, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic and architecture-oriented thinking
  • Good understanding of the interrelationship between business areas and IT (holistic view)
  • Ability to work in a demanding work environment and multitask
  • Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable Qualifications
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure and SAP BTP knowledge advantageous)
  • Knowledge or certification in TOGAF, SAFe, etc.
  • Experience in the field of solution architecture or corporate development (including BizDevOps)
