Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic organization. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our marketing vision and strategy. Collaborating closely with the customer success, product, and design teams, you will create marketing materials that inform and engage our target audience about our innovative product offerings. Additionally, you will oversee our marketing initiatives, drive lead generation, and support our sales and customer success teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Produce engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and sales support tools, to enhance sales efforts and customer interaction.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives across various platforms, including social media, to attract leads and enhance conversion rates.
  • Design and execute targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to bolster customer acquisition and retention.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing to ensure a competitive advantage.
  • Plan and manage impactful events that elevate brand visibility, such as automation and robotics fairs.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and ROI metrics to refine marketing strategies and foster continuous improvement.
Your Profile
  • Extensive marketing experience within B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated success in content marketing, social media management, and campaign execution.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Ability to simplify complex product information into clear, accessible language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Genuine interest in technology and startups.
  • Workplace flexibility: hybrid model with occasional travel required.
  • Proficiency in German is advantageous.
