Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Promotion and Deal Management: Develop and oversee strategic initiatives for deal events, ensuring exceptional execution with Amazon across Western Europe for all local marketplaces.
  • Negotiation of Trade Terms: Collaborate on trade term negotiations for Amazon in the Western European market.
  • Management of Key Accounts: Effectively oversee key accounts to drive business success.
  • Revenue and Profit Enhancement: Lead customer initiatives that positively impact profitability for LEGO and our partners, focusing on improved return on investments.
  • Brand Consistency: Work collaboratively across the LEGO Group to ensure a uniform shopper experience that aligns with LEGO Brand values across all channels and regions. Leverage cross-functional insights and analytics to formulate omni-channel shopper strategies that guarantee outstanding execution at every purchase point.
  • Optimization of Value Chain: Grasp the S&OP process to promote a consumer-driven agenda with customers and respond promptly to key operational deadlines.
  • Leadership in Function: Provide guidance and leadership within the Key Account team regarding essential Key Account processes.

The Western Europe COE eCommerce team is dedicated to executing the LEGO business strategy, aiming for profitable and balanced growth through Amazon. Our mission is to be a reliable partner, ensuring the right products and experiences are available at the right time, fostering a mutually beneficial business plan with our retail partners.

Qualifications Required

  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
  • Expertise in eCommerce, particularly in partnership with Amazon.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence stakeholders.
  • A commitment to personal development and continuous learning, in collaboration with leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to respond to trends and data insights.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, both internally and externally, with a track record of presenting ideas persuasively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to forge authentic relationships.
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
