Your Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and unit heads in overseeing external resources and manage the entire process related to these resources.
- Prepare critical management presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Engage in contract management and provide necessary support.
- Create essential documentation pertaining to contracts.
- Learn to navigate SAP Fieldglass.
- Manage invoices for external resources.
- Gain valuable insights into the regulatory reporting framework of Deutsche Börse Group.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Jira for contract and project management.
- Support the improvement of internal process documentation.
Your Profile:
- You are currently enrolled at a recognized university as a regular student, focusing on economics, statistics, business administration, computer science, mathematics, or related fields. Alternatively, if you are in a gap year after your bachelor’s or master’s degree in these areas, enrollment is not required.
- You possess a proactive attitude and the ability to work autonomously.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- You have advanced proficiency in MS Office (knowledge of Jira is a plus) and initial experience with SAP, Salesforce, Workday, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English, with proficiency in German and/or French being advantageous.
