Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of administrative duties, including correspondence, deadline oversight, office management, and procurement tasks.
  • Engage collaboratively with colleagues across different departments, tenants, and service providers.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in meetings.
  • Independently generate and update various reports and overviews.
  • Undertake special projects and research tasks as assigned by management.

Your Profile:

  • A background in commercial education or a related qualification (e.g., office management specialist).
  • A passion for cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with assertiveness.
  • Proficiency in German (C1+) both written and spoken.
  • Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus but not mandatory.
