About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our team at Freudenberg. As an Industrial Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial operations and gaining hands-on experience in various business management areas.
You will work closely with our experienced trainers and professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as business administration, management, and control, as well as overall economics and project management.
Throughout your training, you will have the opportunity to participate in practical assignments in various business management areas, including purchasing, scheduling, logistics, sales, marketing, finance, and accounting.
You will also receive additional training in areas such as presentation techniques, rhetoric, customer service, and language skills.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Requirements:

Successful completion of secondary school or high school with good grades in German, English, and mathematics.
A strong interest in business processes and contexts with an international outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS-Office.
Initiative, sense of responsibility, independence, team spirit, creativity, flexibility, and good manners.
A willingness to learn and grow with our company.
