Senior Cloud & Identity Administrator

BIRKENSTOCK GROUP B.V. & CO. KG is a global leader in the footwear industry, with a rich history dating back to 1774. As a Senior Cloud & Identity Administrator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop Microsoft Cloud technologies in the identity area.
  • Oversee rights and role management to ensure proper access control.
  • Manage and support MS 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online platforms.
  • Administer and troubleshoot Azure resources and services.
  • Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
  • Collaborate with network, application, and critical platform teams to ensure seamless identity management integration.
  • Support and further develop SAP-related identity management systems.
  • Provide expert technical support for end-users, addressing issues related to identity access and security.
  • Continuously improve identity management processes and cloud resource optimization.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in identity management or related IT fields.
  • Experience with Cloud technologies, Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, MS 365, Entra ID, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in identity management and access control systems.
  • Professional certifications in the identity management or cloud technology area are highly desirable.
  • English written and spoken is a must. German is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about your role and open to learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
  • Independent and solution-orientated way of working.
