We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Project Management department.

Your Responsibilities:

• Effectively coordinate and manage client-specific and cross-departmental projects in collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
• Provide comprehensive support to both domestic and international clients regarding study and project processes.
• Present the company's services directly to clients.
• Maintain internal database systems for order processing.
• Oversee order management in conjunction with global finance and accounting units.

Your Qualifications:

• A degree in natural sciences or engineering, preferably in biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
• Ideally, some experience as a project manager, particularly in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting tight deadlines, accountability, reliability, and adaptability.
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand workflows and networks, along with diplomatic skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and flexibility in handling unforeseen situations.
• High resilience and strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Social competence and conflict management abilities.
• Self-motivation and fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience with database systems.
