We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Project Management department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinate and manage client-specific and cross-departmental projects in collaboration with Business Development, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
- Provide comprehensive support to both domestic and international clients regarding study and project processes.
- Present the company's services directly to clients.
- Maintain internal database systems for order processing.
- Oversee order management in conjunction with global finance and accounting units.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in natural sciences or engineering, preferably in biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
- Ideally, some experience as a project manager, particularly in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting tight deadlines, accountability, reliability, and adaptability.
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand workflows and networks, along with diplomatic skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and flexibility in handling unforeseen situations.
- High resilience and strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Social competence and conflict management abilities.
- Self-motivation and fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with database systems.
