Payment & Fraud Coordinator (f/m/d) - Luxury E-commerce Expert

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payment & Fraud Coordinator to join our team at Mytheresa, a leading global digital luxury shopping platform. As a Payment & Fraud Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Payment & Fraud team in Munich.
Key Responsibilities
- Fraud risk assessment and mitigation of orders, including handling customer-related payments and refunds.
- Monitoring and tracking of suspicious orders, providing 2nd level support for payment-related requests.
- International fraud management, including identification, analysis, and assessment of suspicious fraud patterns.
- Chargeback and dispute handling, with a focus on documentation and process improvement.
- Collaboration with various departments, including Customer Care, Returns, Accounting, and IT, to ensure seamless process execution.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education.
- Experience in payment, fraud, or e-commerce, with a focus on processes and handling of chargebacks and disputes.
- Understanding of international payment methods and processes.
- Individual initiative, hands-on mindset, and reliability.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to take responsibility.
- Conscientiousness in handling customer data.
- Proficient in MS Office and excellent written and spoken English skills.
