We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Richter+Frenzel. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our SHK-Fachhandwerk department.

• Thekenverkauf: You will be responsible for selling products at the counter and handling customer inquiries and orders.
• Regional Initiatives: You will participate in regional initiatives and activities, and develop seasonal product and action plans.
• Lager- und Bestandsführung: You will be responsible for maintaining the inventory and stock levels.
• Article Introduction: You will be responsible for introducing new articles and products to the market.

• Education: You must have a commercial or technical education and have good knowledge of the SHK-Fachhandwerk industry.
• Experience: You must have sales experience and be able to handle customer interactions with confidence.
• Skills: You must have good knowledge of MS-Office programs and preferably SAP.
• Personal Qualities: You must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and be able to work independently.
