About Us:

For the past five years, we have been pioneering innovative education, equipping individuals with essential 21st-century skills, and leading the charge in the educational landscape. Our reach has expanded globally, with a presence in 77 countries, all while maintaining the high standards of our offerings. We are currently collaborating with Algorithmics and CampusWelt to enhance our educational initiatives.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Python educator to join our dynamic team. We seek someone who embodies the spirit of mentorship, eager to inspire young minds and help them discover their potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create an engaging and energetic learning environment that both you and your students will look forward to each day.
  2. Inspire and educate small groups of up to 12 students, fostering their interest in programming.
  3. Utilize our dedicated platform where students can showcase their projects, collaborate, and engage in coding activities.
  4. Provide constructive feedback to parents regarding their children's progress and challenges throughout the course.

What You Won't Do:

  1. Prepare lesson plans or methodological guidelines; all necessary materials are provided for you.
  2. Spend time grading homework, as our approach does not include traditional assignments.
  3. Engage in excessive paperwork; our system includes automated checks for tasks, allowing you to focus on creativity and student interaction.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Python; familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
  2. A genuine passion for teaching and the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible manner.
  3. Experience working with teenagers aged 14-17 is essential.
  4. Fluency in both German and English at a C1 level.
