**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Soennecken. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a key role in handling and coordinating various financial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations: Manage the electronic connection of our clients to receive regulatory data, accurately process the daily volume of central regulation documents, and handle account reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies.
- Client Support: Act as a competent point of contact for all questions regarding central regulation, providing timely and effective support to our clients.
- Process Improvement: Assist in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to enhance our financial processes.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance with a commercial education.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
