About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and organized Werkstudent Personalentwicklung to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a Werkstudent, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience while pursuing your studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support national and international projects, such as the annual employee survey and the implementation of the global onboarding concept.
- Prepare and execute Talent Development events.
- Take over the administration of external and internal training.
- Translate international trainings from English to German.
- Record costs, create statistics, and prepare presentations.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a business-related study program and have preferably already gained some work experience through internships or other Werkstudent positions.
- You possess planning and organizational skills, as well as strong communication abilities.
- You are characterized by your good expression skills and precise working style.
- You are proficient in MS-Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- You have very good English skills in writing and speaking, as well as good mathematical understanding.
