Join Our Team as a Dialysis Nurse SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Specialist to join our team at PHV – Der Dialysepartner. As a Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer dialysis treatments to patients, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment options and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
- Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field, with a strong understanding of dialysis treatment modalities and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
