As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and promotions.
- Store Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat and deli counter, shelves, and floors.
- Restock shelves and merchandise as needed.
- Sales Support
- Support the sales team in achieving sales goals by promoting products, services, and promotions.
- Assist customers with purchases and provide recommendations on products.
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
