• Accountable for autonomously blending and dispensing colors and coatings following defined formulations and operational standards into diverse containers
• Utilizing semi-automatic and fully automated manufacturing systems along with computer-controlled dispensing systems
• Overseeing and recording the manufacturing process
• Cleaning, preparing, and servicing production and dispensing systems while aiding in troubleshooting efforts
• Complying with legal and internal standards, particularly regarding workplace safety and environmental protection regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous
• Proficient German language skills
• Willingness to engage in shift work
• Exhibits a diligent, self-sufficient work ethic with a strong sense of reliability and accountability
