Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Store Design Planning Team Manager. As a key member of our Retail team, you will be responsible for leading the renovation projects of our Cartier stores in Northern Europe, partnering with local and international stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Co-lead all Retail projects of our network, working closely with the SDP International team.
- Lead Watches', Fragrances', Temporary Boutiques', and Offices' projects, responsible for planning, budgeting, administration, coordination, and internal communication.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within our internal organization and with external partners, such as maintenance and architects.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our retail environment, following the latest market trends and analyzing our network's performance.
- Implement sustainable practices, supporting LEED certification, monitoring air quality and energy consumption, and promoting local sourcing and transport reduction.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, leading by example, coaching, and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration/management or comparable experience.
- Proven experience in store design within the luxury industry and strong project management skills.
- Experience in team management, with a focus on motivating and developing a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and proficiency in budget management and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Very good proficiency in English and German, French language skills a plus.
