About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Business Enablement at Roche. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through process optimization, change management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of process improvement specialists to identify and implement process enhancements that drive efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including process re-engineering, change management, and organizational design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities, and develop and implement solutions to address these opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and subject matter experts, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage technology and digital solutions to drive business improvement and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support business improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through process optimization and change management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
