We are seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant to join our team at START NRW GmbH as a full-time employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for the independent preparation and execution of payroll accounting for a specific area.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and execution of payroll accounting for a specific area
- Management of timekeeping and transmission of master data
- Point of contact for employees regarding inquiries
- Contact person for authorities, health insurance funds, etc.
- Processing of certificates and reporting obligations
- Assistance in monthly and year-end closing activities
- Supporting management in personnel matters and other organizational and coordination tasks
- Completed commercial education, preferably as a Personnel Clerk or Tax Specialist
- Relevant professional experience
- Knowledge in social insurance and income tax law
- Independent, structured, reliable way of working
- Team-oriented, communicative, goal-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in MS Office required
- First experience in Navision, NAPA, Temp-Vision desirable
- Negotiable German language skills in written and spoken
- Salary based on professional experience and qualification
- Flexible working hours with flexitime and the option for remote work
