We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production of our products to meet customer demands.

• Production Planning: Create and manage production schedules for various manufacturing facilities, ensuring that the right products are produced in the right quantities and at the right time.
• Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize production.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstocking or understocking, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the production process.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Software: Proficient in MS Office and MIMIC (or similar software).
