Your role - diverse and forward-thinking:

• Upkeep of building technology
• Management of internal logistics
• Operation and servicing of facility systems
• Oversight, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities
• Management of reporting and documentation
• Troubleshooting and repair of facility systems
• Coordination and oversight of subcontractors
• Conducting inspection rounds

Your qualifications should enhance our team:

• Completed vocational training in a technical discipline
• Experience in a comparable position, with interdisciplinary knowledge
• Forklift certification is mandatory
• Strong focus on customer service and adaptability
• Proficient in German, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly approach
• Valid driver's license Class B
