About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist to join our team at Rottendorf Pharma. As a key member of our packaging department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective packaging of our pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on packaging technology and materials to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with the packaging team to troubleshoot and resolve packaging process issues.
• Analyze and evaluate packaging process problems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize packaging efficiency and quality.
• Apply risk analysis and failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) tools to identify and mitigate packaging process risks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in packaging technology and a proven track record of experience in a similar role. You will also need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
