Exciting Career Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide technical support for various IT initiatives, overseeing projects from inception to completion. The role involves:

  • Implementation and optimization of cloud solutions, alongside automation of IT infrastructures.
  • Development and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Offering technical insights during the presales phase and assisting the sales team with solution design.
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge.
  • Providing ongoing technical support and system enhancements post-project delivery.

Qualifications include:

  • A completed education in IT or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in managing IT infrastructures.
  • Fundamental knowledge of Linux systems, automation tools, version control, virtualization, hypervisor concepts, and cloud platforms.
  • Preferred experience with development environments, CI/CD tools, system management, container technologies, and secret management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, and Hashicorp Vault.

Key skills required:

  • Strong communication abilities in German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
