(Junior) Corporate Finance Advisor / Business Valuation (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) Corporate Finance Advisor/Business Valuation (m/f/d), you will assist our clients in assessing the value of businesses and individual assets. Together, we will develop strategies for managing companies and portfolios, create and analyze business plans, and provide solutions for financing through equity or debt, as well as for transaction and strategic consulting.

Your Responsibilities

  • Consulting for a variety of companies, particularly in the context of their growth strategies through the valuation of businesses and intangible assets, as well as analyzing strategic alternatives.
  • Modeling and analyzing integrated business plans, conducting valuation models, and performing scenario analyses.
  • Accounting representation of corporate transactions and ongoing assessment of the value of investments.
  • Analyzing market and competitive environments, along with the financial metrics of companies in collaboration with your project team members.
Your Profile
  • You enjoy working with people and in diverse teams.
  • A completed degree in business administration, economics, business informatics, business mathematics, or a related field.
  • Initial practical experience through internships or student roles in corporate finance, valuation, taxation, or investment banking/M&A.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent in German and English at a C1 level.
  • Willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site support for our clients.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an interest in current economic topics.
