Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Deputy Operations Manager, der unsere Industriegüterverpackungsbetriebe in Neutraubling erfolgreich leiten kann. Der Kandidat sollte über ein starkes Verständnis von Logistik und Supply Chain verfügen und Erfahrung in der operativen Steuerung von Leistungslinien haben.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Vertretung und Unterstützung des Operations Managers
  • Operative Steuerung der Auslastung, Effizienz und Profitabilität der Leistungslinien
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der operativen Prozesse am Standort und Mitwirkung bei standortspezifischen Optimierungs- und Standardisierungsmaßnahmen
  • Planung des adäquaten Einsatz von Mitarbeitern, Zeitarbeitsfirmen und Sub-Unternehmen
  • Erfassung, Auswertung und Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen des Standortes
  • Vertriebliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Kundenbasis
Voraussetzungen
  • Studium (Ingenieur, Wirtschaftsingenieur, Logistik o.ä. Studiengänge) oder Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder produzierenden Bereich mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis
  • Fundiertes Prozessverständnis, idealerweise im Lean Mgt./ Kaizen
  • Ehrgeizige Charaktereigenschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten / Teamplayer Qualitäten
  • Offenheit und Mut für Innovationen
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office und Navision, BoxCAD und Loadbalancer
