Job Description

Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Analyst to join its CRM Leveraged and Structured Finance team in Frankfurt. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling credit risks associated with Leveraged Lending transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of new Leveraged Finance transactions, including Leveraged Buyouts, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) financing, and Leveraged Loan participations.
  • Review and approve requests for FX/IR/commodity derivatives and transaction banking products.
  • Develop and present credit reports throughout the entire credit process, including detailed credit recommendations and approvals.
  • Take credit decisions within assigned credit authority.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity in DB's technology systems.
  • Lead/participate in internal projects to improve efficiency and support Deutsche Bank's strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • Academic degree in business or finance-related field or equivalent experience/qualification.
  • Significant experience in Leveraged Finance and/or Structured Finance.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, including Leveraged Loan and High Yield structuring, financial modeling/forecasting, and understanding of derivative structures.
  • Ability to take credit decisions independently.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
