Position Overview:

From your first day, you will take charge of your business and implement your innovative ideas. You will spearhead the strategic plans behind our product and commercial innovations, as well as oversee marketing initiatives across various media channels. Your role will involve developing robust marketing concepts and identifying strategies to leverage consumer, shopper, and customer insights, including creative approaches to attract new brand users and pilot campaigns on emerging social media platforms.
Within the Brand Management division, you may join one of two teams: the Commercial Operations team focused on a specific Brand or Category, or the Brand Operations team responsible for multiple categories across particular marketing touchpoints.

Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic performance.
- Demonstrated strategic problem-solving abilities with initial experience in Brand Management or Marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Exceptional analytical skills, a passion for leadership, and a strong enthusiasm for Brand Management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, embracing creativity, innovation, and initiative.
- Proficient in making complex decisions utilizing available data while trusting your instincts.
- Fluent in both English and German (B2 level).
If you have less than 2 years of professional experience following your university graduation (excluding internships), we also offer a Graduate Entry role tailored for you.
