About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Human Resources department as Head of Human Resources. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Human Resources department and develop a strategic plan to drive business growth and success.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including recruitment, training, and development.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading HR initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
