Quality Assurance Specialist

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Standards Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards in production and development.
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Independently handle customer complaints, coordinate root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Audit Planning and Execution: Plan, conduct, and document internal and external audits.
- Failure Analysis and Reporting: Document and analyze internal and external failure rates, identifying areas for quality improvement.
- Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Conduct risk and opportunity analyses, monitoring corrective actions.
- Supplier Complaint Management: Coordinate supplier complaints, proactively analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production, development, and sales teams to identify and implement quality improvement opportunities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering with a focus on quality assurance, or relevant experience and training.
- Quality Assurance Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance, particularly in production environments.
- ISO 9001:2015 Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 requirements and experience applying quality management methods and tools.
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and take initiative.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Ability to support problem-solving teams in methodical root cause analysis and coordination.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- MS Office and German Language Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
