Dispatcher (d/m/w)

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage and coordinate production timelines
• Serve as the primary liaison for production teams, clients, sales representatives, and management
• Create and maintain crew schedules, including the integration of freelance personnel
• Organize travel logistics for productions, both within the country and abroad

Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic about the film and television sector
• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in dispatch – open to career changers
• Excellent collaborator, capable of excelling in a dynamic media environment, with strong communication abilities and a quick adaptability
• Able to work autonomously and methodically
• Skilled in Microsoft Office 365
• Proficient in English for international project coordination
