Position: Disposition Specialist / Outbound Automotive (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage the logistics of raw materials, finished products, and trade goods.
• Ensure uninterrupted material supply to clients through timely and accurate deliveries.
• Continuously monitor service performance and prepare as well as review forecast quantities.
• Verify compliance with delivery call conditions and highlight any discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery notifications with freight forwarders and parcel service providers.
• Prepare and dispatch delivery documents and packing orders.
• Organize special and individual transports as required.
• Maintain and document data in customer portals.
• Actively manage master data in SAP.
• Compile relevant disposition data (KPIs) for reporting purposes.

Your Qualifications:

• Ideally, you possess a completed commercial training, preferably as a freight forwarding specialist or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in the logistics sector of a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive field.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities when dealing with clients and freight forwarders.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
