About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to work with our clients in their own homes and communities. As a Caregiver Therapeutic Educator, you will provide personalized support and guidance to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to clients with mental health conditions and addiction
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Provide education and training to clients and their families on mental health and addiction recovery

Requirements

  • Completed education in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or nursing
  • Proven experience working with individuals with mental health conditions and addiction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
