Environmental Sampling Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at FERCHAU GmbH. As a Senior Environmental Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our clients in the fields of logistics, transportation, and infrastructure development.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting environmental sampling and testing for mineral waste, including soil, gravel, and asphalt, at various locations and facilities.
  • Documenting and recording sampling activities and results.
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of sampling and testing activities.
  • Participating in nationwide fieldwork as part of a two-person team (with the possibility of expanding to a three-person team in the future).
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
  • Organizing and managing travel-related activities.

Requirements:

  • A completed vocational training or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in environmental sampling, preferably with mineral waste.
  • A valid driver's license for passenger vehicles and small transporters (company vehicle provided).
  • Physical fitness, adaptability, and willingness to travel.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • A high level of quality awareness and commitment to meeting deadlines.
