Logistics Coordinator for Events

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator for Events. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events at our stadium, including football matches, concerts, and other activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods and supplies for events
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary items are available for events
  • Work closely with our catering and hospitality teams to ensure that all food and beverage requirements are met
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including the installation and removal of temporary structures and equipment
  • Collaborate with our events team to ensure that all logistical aspects of events are well-planned and executed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
