Join Our Team as a Senior Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Engineer to join our team at Nikon SLM Solutions AG. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers in the field of additive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field of additive manufacturing
  • Work in interdisciplinary Product Control Boards (PCB) to ensure the quality and reliability of our Selective Laser Melting machines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Conduct training and workshops to educate customers on the use and maintenance of our machines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
