Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Flat Roofing Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our share of the glassmat faced gypsum panels market for flat roofing systems in the territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain profitable business relationships with key influencers, including system manufacturers, architects/engineers, roofing contractors, and main contractors.
  • Collaborate with various capabilities in a matrixed organization to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide technical support to waterproofing manufacturers, roofing contractors, and the design community.
Requirements
  • Strategic thinker with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Principled entrepreneur and problem solver with strong analytical and economic thinking skills.
  • Proactive approach to market with strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Self-disciplined and highly organized self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in commercial roofing sales and well-connected within the construction value chain.
