Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze complex tender documents to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Assemble a skilled bid team and coordinate internal communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop a comprehensive bid strategy that meets customer needs.
  • Develop a clear and concise business case or cost calculation, ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.
  • Consolidate partial results and compile final bid documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analyze potential risks and align with internal requirements to ensure a successful bid.
  • Conduct a thorough review of tender documents to ensure strategic, technical, and contractual plausibility, as well as quality assurance.
  • Hand over completed bid documents to the implementation team and follow up on tender progress.
  • Develop and implement best practices for bid management, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in project management and/or bid management, with a track record of success.
  • Leadership experience in managing interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with expertise in contract and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and business acumen, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business concepts.
  • Fluency in German and strong English language skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, with a strong understanding of IT outsourcing processes.
