Work alongside your team in the Financial Services Finance & Risk & Compliance Services sector to advise our clients in the financial industry on enhancing risk modeling approaches and risk management, navigating regulatory and supervisory matters, and transforming accounting and corporate governance.
Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise in Corporate Treasury to advise and support our clients, here’s how you can contribute:
- You will be responsible for providing expert guidance to our clients in developing and implementing organizational structures, methodologies, processes, and financial risk strategies, culminating in their execution within relevant Treasury IT systems during transformation projects or corporate transactions.
- This includes the introduction and enhancement of existing Treasury Management Systems as well as optimizing our clients' reporting frameworks using standard reporting tools.
- You will assist in streamlining payment processes, including Payment Factories, in-house banks, and harmonizing formats and banking communications.
- Building cash management frameworks, including banking strategies and liquidity planning processes, methodologies, and systems will also be part of your role.
- You will support the identification, quantification, and establishment of control mechanisms and strategies in currency, interest, and credit risk management.
- Your role will also involve providing expert advice and implementation of accounting standards for financial instruments and their valuation.
- Additionally, you will actively participate in identifying and managing commodity and energy price risks for industrial and utility companies.
Your Profile
- To become a Lead Consultant (m/f/d) in Corporate Treasury, you should possess a degree in Business Administration, Business Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- You should have at least two years of professional experience in Treasury/Finance or in Treasury IT, payment processing within an industrial company or a bank.
- In-depth knowledge in at least one of the aforementioned areas is essential.
- Experience in project work, and ideally in project management, is required.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- A willingness to travel frequently will complement your qualifications for this position.
