Position: Electrical Site Manager

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities (site management) while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations in collaboration with the project manager.
  • Act as the primary contact for all stakeholders on construction sites, facilitating communication between clients and project management, and coordinating the construction workflow with project managers, clients, and planners.
  • Lead the on-site project team, managing personnel, materials, and scheduling to ensure efficient operations on the construction site.
  • Prepare measurements and maintain documentation, including revisions and project records.
Your Profile
  • Completed vocational training in an electrical field (e.g., electrician for energy and building technology, electrical installer, or similar) along with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong expertise in electrical installation and building technology.
  • Proven experience in managing and organizing construction sites for industrial and commercial clients, as well as leading smaller teams.
  • Demonstrated customer and service orientation, along with independence, flexibility, and dedication.
