We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Operations Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Financial Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will play a crucial part in our agile team, significantly impacting the success of our initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing project financial management for a range of projects, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory standards.
  • Generating comprehensive project reports and facilitating audits in collaboration with senior management.
  • Coordinating and documenting financial data, providing insights to corporate headquarters and supporting management in financial decision-making.
  • Conducting monthly revenue assessments, managing receivables provisions, and performing impairment evaluations.
  • Collaborating closely with international stakeholders and corporate accounting teams, including liaising with auditors.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial processes and reconciliation in line with US-GAAP and local regulations.
  • Preparing and executing financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Coordinating forecasts for the global sector and addressing tax and process-related matters across regions.
  • Creating presentations of financial results for management review.
  • Analyzing and providing commentary on working capital management.
