About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine and Equipment Operator to join our team at Select GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality output
  • Select and prepare machines according to production specifications
  • Adjust and program machines as needed to optimize production
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Pack and prepare finished goods for shipping
  • Maintain and perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a technical field (metalworking, electronics) or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Experience operating and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in German language
